HOW TO ORDER YOUR
UNIQUE CRYSTAL:
- Choose your light base
& add it to your basket (or make a note of the item
code number if you are paying over the phone or by cheque/postal
order).
- You
pay your £25 deposit by clicking the 'add to
cart' button below (or over the phone/by cheque
if you prefer).
- In addition to your order confirmation, you will also receive an e-mail requesting your photograph. Simply follow the instructions in this e-mail to send us your photo.
- Within
a few working days we will send you a personal link to
view an image of how your crystal will look (point
cloud) & to pay the balance of your order.
When payment has cleared the image is lasered, using
the latest technology, into your piece of crystal
- Your order is
dispatched and e-mail notification is sent to you.
*NB: Price for 1 image
crystal (i.e 1 person) £39.95, please add £5.00 for
each extra image (person)
Process may take up to
21 days.
In the unlikely event
that you are unhappy with the preview and do not wish to
proceed, we will refund your Deposit. Rest assured
100% customer satisfaction is our aim. Crystal size
depends on which size your photo will look its best in
& will be either 30x60x80mm or 50x50x80mm.
Custom logos and designs
can be made in other sizes. Please contact us with your
requirements
